Donald has been a Registered Nurse since 1973. After his initial training, he completed a program in nurse anesthesia and has been a Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist ever since. In 1978 he was licensed as an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner. Among Donald’s other accomplishments.

Author of The Intelligent Nurse. This book is an overview of The Intelligent NurseTM seminar, designed to increase the softskills of communication, critical thinking, planning, leadership and health marketing.

Experienced speaker and educator. Donald has presented to groups at the local, state and national level, ranging from 20 to 300 people.

Decorated Air Force officer. Donald served 15 years in the Air Force Reserve. During this time, he attended numerous leadership schools and taught for five summers at the prestigious Cadet Officer School, held at Maxwell Air Force Base in Montgomery, AL.
